1. 팬이 직접 알려주는 것들 / What you share
로그인하면 Google 계정의 이메일과 표시 이름이 팬 프로필에 연결돼요. 직접 적어준 팬 네임, 도시·국가, 언어, 마음함 이야기와 참여 기록도 이어서 보여드릴 수 있도록 저장될 수 있어요. 로그인 전에는 기기를 구분하기 위한 익명 쿠키를 사용할 수 있어요.
When you sign in, we process your Google account email address, display name and account identifier. We may also store the fan name, city or country, language, heartbox messages and service activity you choose to provide. An anonymous fan identifier cookie may be used before sign-in.
2. 더 좋은 팬 경험을 위해 / How it helps
팬 프로필과 마음함 이야기를 여러 기기에서 자연스럽게 이어주고, 더 즐거운 콘텐츠와 팬 경험을 준비하며 사이트를 안정적으로 운영하는 데 사용해요. 광고 판매나 결제에는 사용하지 않아요.
We use this information to keep fan profiles and heartbox messages connected across devices, improve future content and fan experiences, and operate the service. It is not used to sell advertising or process payments.
3. 로그인과 마음함 / Sign-in and Heartbox
로그인에는 Google Identity Services를 사용해요. 마음함은 실제 멤버와 실시간으로 대화하는 공간이 아니라, 팬의 이야기를 듣고 답하는 자동 응답형 디지털 공간이에요. 답변을 만들기 위해 OpenAI API가 사용될 수 있고, 사이트 운영과 저장에 필요한 기술 정보는 서비스 제공자가 처리할 수 있어요. 각 서비스에는 해당 제공자의 약관과 개인정보 정책이 적용돼요.
Google Identity Services is used for sign-in. The heartbox is an automated digital space, not a real-time conversation with the member, and messages may be processed with the OpenAI API. Infrastructure providers may process technical information as needed to deliver and store the service. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
4. 내 정보와 선택 / Your choices
계정에 연결된 참여 기록은 팬 서비스를 운영하는 동안 보관될 수 있어요. 브라우저에서 이 사이트의 데이터와 쿠키를 지우면 해당 기기의 익명 식별자와 위시리스트도 사라져요. 계정 기록을 보고 싶거나 고치고 싶을 때, 또는 삭제를 원할 때는 THE ARK FOUNDATION 공식 문의 채널로 알려주세요.
Account-linked activity may be retained while the fan service is operated. Clearing this site’s browser data and cookies removes the anonymous identifier and wishlist on that device. Requests to access, correct or delete account records can be made through THE ARK FOUNDATION’s official support channel.
5. 공식 소식과 바깥 링크 / Official updates and links
팬 홈에서는 공개된 공식 게시물을 바탕으로 소식을 전해요. 연결된 다른 사이트와 SNS에서는 각 서비스의 약관과 개인정보 정책이 적용돼요.
Fan-home updates are based on officially published posts. Linked external sites and social platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. 팬의 마음이 다음 이야기로 / How fan voices help shape what’s next
마음함에 남겨준 이야기는 팬들이 어떤 순간을 좋아하고 어떤 마음을 느끼는지 살펴보는 데 쓰일 수 있어요. 이렇게 모인 목소리는 다음 콘텐츠와 앨범, 팬들과의 소통을 준비할 때 참고해요. 남겨준 이야기는 꼭 필요한 담당자만 살펴보며, 개인 연락처나 다른 사람의 정보처럼 민감한 내용은 적지 말아주세요.
What you share in Heartbox may help us understand the moments fans love and how they feel. These collective voices may inspire future content, albums and ways we connect with fans. Only the team members who need it can review submitted messages, so please do not include contact details or sensitive information about yourself or anyone else.
